Pulsar Helium shares rise on highest Topaz bottom-hole pressure so far

ALN

Pulsar Helium Inc on Friday said a well at its flagship Topaz project has encountered an additional pressurised gas influx, as it prepares for a coordinated testing programme across three wells.

Shares in Pulsar rose 9.9% to 58.50 pence on Friday morning in London.

The White Rock, Canada-based resource company targeting helium in the US and Greenland said the jetstream 5 well encountered the highest bottom-hole pressure observed at Topaz so far at approximately 1,292 pounds per square inch.

The gas was encountered at approximately 2,857 feet depth.

Topaz is a primary helium discovery located in Minnesota, US. Pulsar is carrying out an ongoing multi-well appraisal programme at Topaz to inform resource estimation and development planning.

Pulsar said it is currently preparing for a coordinated testing program, which is anticipated to begin early next month and plans to run for approximately six weeks per well.
