Smarter Web shares rise as intends to switch to London’s Main Market

Smarter Web Co PLC on Monday announced it intends to switch to London’s Main Market.

The Bristol, England-based website design agency had started trading on the Aquis Exchange in late April 2025.

The company will hold a general meeting regarding the plan on January 28. Smarter Web expects the cancellation and admission to take place on February 3.

Smarter Web shares rose 14% to 45.50 pence each on Monday morning in London. It is up sharply from its IPO price of just 2.5p.
