Impax Asset Management Group PLC - London-based investment manager focused on sustainable ventures - Reports total assets under management of £24.24 billion as at December 31, down 7.0% from £26.06 billion at September 30. The firm reports net outflows of £1.63 billion over the three months. Chief Executive Ian Simm says: ‘Net outflows during the quarter were driven by a small number of institutional clients, while net outflows in our wholesale channel continued to improve. Overall, net outflows have stabilised in recent quarters following a more challenging period around 12 months ago.’ CEO Simm adds: ‘While conditions remain challenging, we continue to see investor appetite for our investment approach and, for example, expect to onboard a new client in the second quarter within our fixed income business.
