The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- ME Group International PLC - Surrey, England-based vending machine operator - FPCI Montefiore Investment IV, an entity managed by Montefiore Investment SAS, indicates its intention to sell up to its entire remaining shareholding in ME International of around 12.5 million shares. This equals around 3.3% of ME’s share capital. Sale is to be made through a placing to eligible institutional investors by means of an accelerated bookbuild. Joh Berenberg Gossler & Co KG, is acting as sole bookrunner and placing agent in relation to the placing. The placing price will be determined through an accelerated bookbuild process. ME is not a party to the placing and will not receive any proceeds from it. ---------- Savannah Energy PLC - London-based firm focused on hydrocarbon and renewable energy projects in Africa - Further to announcement in December, says regulatory consultation on the proposed relationship agreement between Savannah and NIPCO has completed. The relationship agreement has, therefore, been entered into with NIPCO on the terms described in December. ---------- Ondine Biomedical Inc - Vancouver, Canada-based life sciences company - Highlights new biological evidence supporting its photodisinfection technology in a newly published study in Nature Communications. The research maps the nasal microbiome in detail and helps explain why conventional screening and traditional antibiotic based nasal decolonisation treatments have important clinical limitations. The study provides ‘further evidence that we need to move beyond selective screening toward universal, effective nasal decolonization,’ company says, noting its product Steriwave was designed precisely for this purpose. ---------- Afentra PLC - Africa-focused oil and gas company - Completes an independent resource assessment of the undeveloped oil and gas discoveries across Blocks 3/05 and 3/05A, including Bufalo Norte, Punja, Gazela1&2 and Caco. As a result of this assessment 2C working interest contingent resources of 36.6 million barrels of oil equivalent has been certified across these discoveries, inclusive of associated gas. Afentra has also undertaken an initial internal review of the discoveries within the recently awarded Block 3/24, and estimates that this represents additional WI contingent resource of 37.0 mmboe. In addition, the company is in the process of assessing the significant upside resource potential within the Block 3/05 producing fields and these will be quantified as the planned infill drilling and heavy workover programme is progressed. ---------- Lexington Gold Ltd - gold explorer, with assets in the US and South Africa - Announces receipt of updated independent JORC mineral resource estimates for the Jones Keystone and Loflin deposits on the Jones Keystone-Loflin poject, prepared by Pivot Mining Consultants (Pty) Ltd. Says the total JORC resource estimate for the JKL Project rises 53% to 323,500 ounces of gold. Lexington notes mineralisation at both Jones Keystone and Loflin remains open down dip and along strike with additional targets identified from previous ground and aerial geophysics surveys, field mapping and untested historical workings. Also points to potential for further increase in the resources at Jones Keystone as well as Loflin and Loflin South through additional future drilling. ‘This updated independent JORC resource estimate materially strengthens the strategic positioning of our JKL Project. A combined Inferred Resource of approximately 323,500 ounces of Au, representing an increase of over 50%, provides a clearer view of the scale and comparability of the project for parties evaluating possible strategic initiatives, including potential partnering or disposal outcomes. We believe this updated resource statement improves the quality of information available to the market which will assist prospective counterparties and stakeholders in their technical and commercial assessment of the project,’ says Director Mark Greenwood. ---------- Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd.
