Further updates and the accounts from the year to March 31 and the half year to September 30 will be published in due course. ---------- Litigation Capital Management Ltd - asset manager focused on dispute financing - Announces positive development in the international arbitration claim against the Republic of Poland. In October, LCM secured two separate awards - one under the Energy Charter Treaty of £252 million plus interest; and one under the Australia-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty of £183 million plus interest. Total damages cannot exceed £252 million plus interest as there is no double compensation. Poland has commenced set-aside proceedings in Singapore and London to attempt to annul the original awards. LCM said the Singapore court has rejected Poland’s application. It expects an appeal likely to be resolved in the second half of 2026. ---------- Renalytix PLC - London-based diagnostics company - During the fourth quarter it successfully completes three additional health care provider clinical integrations in the United States with its kidneyintelX.dkd test. Says initial testing volumes have commenced across all sites. ‘These integrations enable the use of Renalytix’s kidney disease testing solutions within each practice’s existing clinical workflow. While each practice currently represents modest initial testing volumes, the company anticipates growing utilisation over time as adoption expands across their respective patient populations,’ company says. It adds: ‘The company continues to expand its electronic health care integrated testing with one-click ordering for ease of physician use.’ ---------- Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd.
