Doric Nimrod Air Three Ltd - investment firm focused on leasing and resale of aircraft - Shares are cancelled from trading on Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange from the start of trading on Friday after the company completes its return of capital to shareholders. Doric Nimrod Air Three last week announced its plan to return £142.3 million to shareholders by means of a compulsory redemption of shares. Back in July, the company sold its last aircraft, an Airbus A380-861, to Dubai-based airline Emirates and announced its plan to return all proceeds and remaining cash to shareholders. The redemption of all 220.0 million shares was at 64.70 pence per share. Doric Nimrod Air Three says shareholders will receive payment on January 27. Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd.
