Avation PLC - Singapore-based commercial aircraft leasing company - Signs 12-year lease agreement with Cambodia Airways Co Ltd for new ATR 72-600 aircraft. It will be the second Avation owned plane placed with the Phnom Penh-based airline and is scheduled to be delivered new in October.
