Workspace Group PLC - London-based flexible workspace provider - Chief Executive Officer Lawrence Hutchings leaves immediately on Monday. Hutchings was just over a year in post, having joined Workspace as CEO in November 2024. As his replacement, Workspace hires Charlie Green, starting from February 2. Green was the co-founder of Office Group, now known as Fora. As announced in December, Tom Edwards-Moss will join Workspace as chief financial officer-designate on February 23, while outgoing CFO Dave Benson will remain until the end of April ‘to ensure a smooth handover’. Workspace says trading in its financial third quarter has been in line with management expectations, and it will provide a business update on Wednesday. Chair Duncan Owen says of outgoing CEO Hutchings: ‘He has led the team in defining and launching the ’fix, accelerate and scale’ strategy, which is delivering positive results. The board remains committed to this strategy and is confident the right foundations have been laid to rebuild operational performance.’ Commenting on incoming CEO Green, Owen says: ‘His deep expertise in growth strategies and operational performance ideally positions him to accelerate the execution of our existing strategy.’ Current stock price: 411.50 pence, down 1.8% in London on Monday 12-month change: down 11% Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd.
