Europa Metals Ltd - Europe-focused lead-zinc and silver developer - Says it will make the capital return payment to its shareholders on February 13. This comes after shareholders approved the capital return plan at an annual general meeting on Friday last week. Europa announced in December intended to distribute no less than £1 million to its shareholders by way of a capital return, from the sale of its interest in Denarius Metals Corp. Shareholders will receive about £0.01 for each share held. In November 2024, Europa sealed the sale of Europa Metals Iberia SL, which holds the Toral project in the Leon Province, Northern Spain, to Denarius. Europa received 7 million Denarius shares for this disposal in return. Europa has been selling its Denarius shares when appropriate to do so, with the proceeds used to pay creditors, working capital and undertaking due diligence on potential projects. As at October 31, 2025 the company has sold 4.96 million Denarius shares, netting some £1.59 million. It continues to hold 2.0 million Denarius shares.
