Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, up 12% at 0.73 pence, 12-month range 1.40p-0.08p. The London-based natural resource project generator and royalty business completes acquisition of three Western Australia gold assets. The assets are the Darlot West gold project and expansion, and the Crofton gold project. The firm will issue 117 million new shares in satisfaction of the consideration payable under the three option agreements. ‘We are extremely delighted that we can now conclude the acquisition of these tenements that have provided the company with such outstanding gold results in the past months and we look forward to reporting many more,’ says Managing Director Tom Evans.

Pensana PLC, up 5.8% at 95.40p, 12-month range 184.50p-16.00p. The London-based developer focused on developing a mine-to-magnet rare earth supply chain starts preparation for a 7,000 metre infill drill programme at its Longonjo rare earth project in Angola. The programme is designed to provide both detailed geological and grade control information ahead of the start of mining, stockpiling and blending activities in early 2027 alongside the previously announced resource expansion drilling programme, Pensana says.

TT Electronics PLC, down 1.2% at 108.49p, 12-month range 154.80p-61.90p. Berenberg reinitiates its coverage of the Surrey, England-based electronic connector manufacturing company with a ’hold’ rating and a price target of 120p.
