Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd on Friday said its orderly realisation of the portfolio is almost complete. Starwood European is a Guernsey-based investor that manages high-quality senior and mezzanine real estate debt in the UK and Europe. The company said net asset valuer per share was 96.82 pence each at December 31, up 0.1% from 96.74p at November 30. It was 3.7% lower than 100.49p at December 31, 2024. Starwood European declared a fourth quarter dividend of around 1.38p per share, unchanged from a year ago. This brings the total payout for 2025 to 5.5p, flat from 2024. The company said the orderly realisation of the portfolio is almost complete, with £376 million of capital redeemed to date since January 2023, or 91% of the January 2023 net asset value. Chair John Whittle said: ‘We are extremely pleased to have made such strong progress in the final quarter of 2025. There now remains just one loan realisation outstanding, which is classified at the lowest risk profile, stage 1. Having returned £55 million in the last quarter, the company has now returned 91% of the January 2023 net asset value or £376 million and we are looking forward to providing further updates in respect of the final investment.’ Starwood European shares were flat at 89.00 pence each on Friday afternoon in London.
