Venture Life Group PLC on Monday said underlying revenue growth in Power Brands was ‘strong’ in the UK amid increased investment in advertising and promotion. The Berkshire, England-based developer and manufacturer for the consumer self-care market said revenue was £35.1 million in 2025, a 32% jump from £26.6 million in 2024. The Power Brands revenue was up 15% to £33.1 million from £28.8 million. The firm said underlying performance was strong in the UK amid increased investment in advertising and promotion, driving revenue in the country for Power Brands up 21% to £25.7 million from £21.3 million. Further, revenue from Health & Her/Him brands were up 44% to £8.5 million in 2025 from £5.9 million in 2024. In September, Venture Life changed its financial year to end on May 31 instead of December 31. The company will publish interim results for calendar 2025 on March 31. Chief Executive Officer Jerry Randall said: ‘Our decision to meaningfully increase advertising and promotion spend in the UK during 2025 has been vindicated by the revenue growth seen across the Power Brands which are well ahead of sector norms. The growth in our women’s health brands is particularly pleasing, as we see this category as a key value driver in the future, and I am delighted with the performance of the Health & Her business acquired in late 2024. ‘Since the divestment of our contract development and manufacturing organisation business, we have invested significantly to both backfill certain positions that were previously run from within the CDMO business, and build the infrastructure with strong talent to support our growth aspirations and enhance capabilities.’ Looking ahead, Randall said: ‘We have entered 2026 with great momentum and with a reshaped focused business setup for our future aspirations as well as being very active in pursuing the right merger and acquisition opportunities to leverage our enhanced capabilities and resources.’ Venture Life shares rose 1.9% to 67.00 pence each on Monday morning in London. The AIM listing has a £84.1 million market capitalisation. Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
