Murray Income Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investor primarily in UK equities - Expects Artemis Fund Managers Ltd to take over management of its portfolio on or around March 2. In November, Murray Income Trust announced the outcome of its strategic review and that it had agreed to appoint Artemis as its new alternative investment fund manager. ‘The appointment of Artemis remains conditional on, among other things, the execution of a new investment management agreement and related contractual documentation,’ Murray Income Trust notes.
