Roundhouse Digital Ltd on Friday started trading on London’s Aquis Growth Market. The Singapore-based technology company specialising in artificial intelligence agent deployment infrastructure said it raised £1.1 million via placing 27.7 million shares at 4 pence per share. On admission, Roundhouse Digital had 250.2 million shares in issue and a market capitalisation of around £10.0 million. Roundhouse Digital shares jumped 38% to 5.50 pence each on late Friday morning in London, giving it a market capitalisation of £13.8 million. Chief Executive Officer Matthew Lodge said: ‘The admission to AQSE today marks an important milestone for Roundhouse. As an AI technology company with an Ethereum-denominated treasury, this listing provides a strong public-market framework as we continue to scale our core AI business and execute against a clearly defined growth roadmap.
