Pinewood Technologies Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based provider of software to the automotive retailing sector - Apax Partners LLP confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Pinewood. Pinewood previously confirmed on January 29, responding to press speculation, that it was in discussions with Apax regarding a possible cash offer of 500 pence per share, following multiple earlier approaches.
