iForex Financial Trading Holdings Ltd is to resume plans for a London float, Sky News reported on Friday. The provider of a trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference is looking to raise £7 million from the initial public offering, Sky News reported. iForex back in May said it was planning an IPO, expecting to list in June, though the float never materialised. Citing sources, Sky News reported Friday that this was due to ‘a routine compliance inspection’. Sky News noted iForex does not currently have a UK licence, but will pursue one over the coming months. Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
