MTI Wireless expects revenue climb and profit to beat consensus

ALN

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd said it expects to report 2025 revenue at the high end of expectations, and profit above forecasts.

MTI Wireless jumped 17% to 60.38 pence each in London shortly before midday on Tuesday.

The Israel-based telecommunications company expects revenue of $51.5 million for 2025, a 13% rise from $45.6 million in 2024. MTI puts consensus at $50.5 million to $51.5 million.

MTI Wireless also said it expects to report earnings per share ‘significantly ahead of current market expectations’, which range from 5.1 to 5.27 cents, following ‘very strong growth’ in earnings before interest and tax of ‘approximately 30% over 2024’.

MTI’s EPS in 2024 amounted to $4.99 cents.

The company also expects net cash to be at approximately $9.4 million, ahead of expectations between $7.5 million and $8.5 million, due to strong cash generated from operating activities. Net cash at the end of 2024 amounted to $6.0 million.

MTI Wireless Chief Executive Officer Moni Borowitz said: ‘2025 was a good year with all three divisions contributing strongly. The defence sector being the key area of outperformance and this is likely to continue as governments globally continue to commit to greater defence spending. Revenue came in on the upper end of expectations, while Ebit we believe will significantly exceed expectations driven by a favorable product mix. Cash generation was also better than the market expected. We very much look forward to providing greater detail to our shareholders in early March.’
