iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd - British Virgin Islands-based financial services provider - Says it is resuming its initial public offering process for a listing on the London Stock Exchange following a seven-month delay. The company says the process ‘is at an advanced stage’, and it intends to apply for admission later this month. iFOREX is also in the process of obtaining a UK licence. iFOREX paused its IPO process last June, after a compliance inspection in the British Virgin Islands required ‘additional time to enable finalisation ahead of the IPO’. At the time, the company said the institutional offer was ‘heavily oversubscribed’ and at the top of the indicative value range. Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
