iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd said on Thursday it successfully priced its initial public offering and expects to start trading on London’s Main Market on Wednesday. The British Virgin Islands-based financial services provider said the offer price has been set at 195 pence per share, equating to a market capitalisation of about £43.3 million at the start of trading. The company said the total offer size of £8.8 million represents about 20.2% of its ordinary shares on admission, and that the placing was oversubscribed. It noted the offer comprises 4.5 million new ordinary shares. Following the admission, the company’s issued capital will be just short of 22.2 million ordinary shares, with Founder Eyal Carmon remaining the majority shareholder.
