Finseta PLC - London-based currency exchange and payments provider - Appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer Andrew Richards to the CFO role on a permanent basis, effective immediately. This follows his interim appointment earlier this month, after Finseta said Judy Happe was stepping down as CFO ‘to pursue other opportunities’. Richards previously was financial controller at life insurance and pensions firm Chesnara PLC and CFO of its operating subsidiary Countrywide Assured PLC. ‘I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Board of Finseta as CFO. He has made a great start as interim CFO and we are very pleased to be making this position permanent.
