Northern Venture Trust PLC on Monday said its fundraising offer is fully subscribed and no further applications will be accepted. The offers by sister venture capital funds Northern 2 and Northern 3 remain open until fully subscribed, or until March 31. The offer, worth £30 million in new ordinary shares for the single trust and £80 million for all three, follows another fundraise, worth a combined £80 million across the three funds, announced in December.
