Ten Lifestyle Group PLC on Tuesday said it has won a new multi-year contract with a ‘leading financial services provider’ in the Asia, Middle East & Africa region. The London-based concierge technology platform said it will launch a customer experience programme for the provider’s high and ultra net work clients. ‘The group will support the launch with the establishment of a new in-market operating presence, enhancing service coverage and operational capability that will support mid-term growth in a valuable and high-growth region,’ Ten Lifestyle said. Transition from the incumbent provider is expected to start in the second half of the 2026 financial year. Ten Lifestyle said it expects to classify the contract as large once the transition is complete in financial 2027. Large contracts for the firm are worth between £2 million and £5 million based on the annualised value. Shares in Ten Lifestyle Group were up 4.6% at 71.66 pence at midday on Tuesday in London.
