Tharisa PLC - Cyprus-headquartered platinum miner - Chief Finance Officer Michael Jones disposes of 250,000 shares at an average R 29.06 each, worth R 7.3 milion, on Monday. Jones will retire, with effect from July 31. Jones became the CFO in January 2013. Also says Company Secretary Sanet Findlay sells 33,550 shares at an average R 29.12 apiece, worth R 976,946, also on Monday.
