Premier African Minerals Ltd - developer of the RHA tungsten and Zulu lithium projects in Zimbabwe - Raises approximately £500,000 before expenses through a subscription for 2.70 billion new shares at 0.0185 pence per share. Also says it has settled suppliers’ invoices worth £100,000 through the issue, at the same price, of 540.5 million new shares. Says it primarily intends to use the proceeds to support the ongoing commissioning of Xinhai Flotation Plant at the Zulu Lithium & Tantalum Project, to fund operating expenses at Zulu, and to manage essential creditors at Zulu, as well as to provide general working capital. Chief Executive Officer Graham Hill says: ‘This funding provides important working capital to support ongoing operational requirements at Zulu and the continued progress of the installation and commissioning of the Xinhai Flotation Plant. Maintaining the momentum we have created in advancing the Xinhai Flotation Plant is of vital importance as we move toward stable operations and a positive future at Zulu.
