Optima Health PLC - Sheffield, England-based occupational health services provider - Announces partnership with Perkbox, an employee benefits and rewards platform. Optima Health will deliver a full suite of Employee Assistance Programme, or EAP, and mental health services to Perkbox’s clients. Under the agreement, Optima Health will transfer clinical and administrative staff to support the delivery of its technology-driven solutions to Perkbox’s clients, with a view to further expand the service offering over time. The five year-contract has a value of £6.5 million per year to Optima after an initial implementation period. The contract forms part of the £8.3 million annualised new business that was secured or at preferred bidder stage in Optima Health’s half-year results. Optima Health Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Thomas says: ‘This latest partnership provides an exciting opportunity for Optima to expand its service reach through a significant new channel partner, opening up a new stream of revenue for the business. We look forward to working closely with Perkbox as we deliver our market-leading solutions for workplace health and wellbeing to its large base of clients.’ Perkbox CEO Doug Butler says: ‘We are proud to partner with Optima.
