Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based premium cinema chain - Adam Kaye, executive director, notifies company that Kropifko Properties Ltd, in which he is a director and 50% shareholder, buys 500,000 shares on Friday for 25.5p each. Worth £127,500. Following the purchase, Kaye’s direct interest, including persons closely associated, is unchanged at 8.2%. Through Kropifko, Kaye now has an additional indirect interest in 0.6% of the company’s share capital.
