Buccaneer Energy PLC - Texas-focused exploration company, previously known as Nostra Terra Oil & Gas - Completes acquisition of 100% working interest in Carlisle-1 well in the Fouke area of the Pine Mills field in east Texas. For the company it means the immediate production of about 25 barrels of oil per day, increasing the company’s production to about 155 bopd. The well has about 51,000 barrels of proved reserves according to a third-party estimate, Buccaneer Energy says. The acquisition increases Buccaneer’s interest in the proposed Fouke waterflood unit to greater than 50% from around 33%.
