JP Jenkins opens first Pisces auction for board game maker QPlay

ALN

QPlay Ltd, which joined JP Jenkins last month, on Wednesday became the first listing on the platform to be offered for trading on the Pisces framework.

London-based QPlay is the maker of the Outsmarted board game. The digital game uses artificial intelligence to provide ‘limitless content’ and ‘adaptive difficulty levels’. It was founded in 2019.

London-based JP Jenkins provides a matched bargain platform for unlisted companies. QPlay joined in February as part of a partnership between JP Jenkins and Sapphire Capital Partners, which manages the Velocity Capital Fund that controls QPlay.

Last week, JP Jenkins said QPlay would join its Private Market and take part in a ‘world first’ Pisces liquidity event. On Wednesday, it said a five-day window has been opened to allow investors to place buy and sell orders for QPlay shares via financial intermediaries.

These intermediaries include London brokers Peel Hunt and Winterflood Securities.

The order window will be open from Wednesday until Tuesday next week, with the auction uncrossing at the end of business on Tuesday.
