Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Declares first interim dividend of 1.48 euro cents for the financial year ending September 30. Net asset value per share falls 2.1% to 116.7 cents as at the first quarter to December 31, from 119.2 cents at the fourth quarter to September 30, 2025. NAV per share is down 3.2% from 120.5 cents as the first quarter to December 31, 2024. Says property portfolio is independently value at €194.0 million at December 31, flat compared to September 30.
