Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company - Says it will ask its shareholders to vote on its proposed capital reduction plan at a general meeting on April 8. Notes that the reduction of share premium account aims to restructure its balance sheet so as to increase the distributable reserves available to support its ability to make future payments of dividends to its shareholders and undertake potential share buybacks. Jubilee also says it expects to release the phase 1 drill results of its Molefe Mine operations on Tuesday.
