ALN

Synergia Energy Ltd - West Perth, Australia-based oil and gas company - Reports revenue from gas and oil sales of A$116,469 or £60,584 for the six months ended December 31, down from A$156,470 the year before. Swings to pretax loss of A$574,816 from profit of A$6.3 million. Notes that the proposed sale of the remaining 50% participating interest in the Cambay PSC to Antelopus Selan Energy Ltd did not complete, and the agreed exclusivity period expired on February 8. Also, the previous year’s results included a one-off A$8.4 million gain on the farm-out of the Cambay field.
