Metlen Energy & Metals PLC - Athens-based energy and metallurgy company - Says external auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers SA request more time to complete work on its 2025 financial statement, Metlen’s first as a dual-listed entity in London and Athens. Metlen will now release of its annual results on April 9 after a nine-day delay. It confirms guidance of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of around £750 million.
