Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC - London-based merchant bank - Chair & Chief Executive Henry Angest buys 300,000 shares at £8.60, worth £2.6 million, on Thursday. Angest now has 9.7 million ordinary shares representing 59.9% of voting rights.

S4 Capital PLC - London-based advertising agency - Non-Executive Director Rupert Walker buys 991,550 shares at £0.25, worth £244,417, on Tuesday. S4 shares rose on Tuesday, after the company reported a narrower pretax loss for 2025 despite a fall in revenue and said it expects profitability to improve further in 2026.

Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based premium cinema chain - Kropifko Properties Ltd, a company 50% owned by Everyman Executive Director Adam Kaye, buys 500,000 shares at 25.5p, worth £127,500, on Thursday. Kropifko also bought 500,000 earlier in March, giving it 1.0 million Everyman shares in total. Kaye and his family bought 2.0 million shares at the start of the month. Kaye’s total interest now is 9.3%.

HSBC Holdings PLC - London-based, Asia-focused bank - Chief Operating Officer Suzanna White sells 50,000 shares at £12.02 and £12.04, worth £601,256, on Wednesday.

Rentokil Initial PLC - Crawley, England-based pest control services - Chair Richard Solomons buys 21,100 shares at £4.64, worth £97,818, on Thursday.

BP PLC - London-based oil major - Michael Sosso, executive vice president for legal, sells 14,309 American depositary shares at $43.24, worth $618,701, on Monday in New York. Each ADS represents 6 ordinary shares of BP.

Legal & General Group PLC - London-based insurer and asset manager - Chief Risk Officer Chris Knight sells 100,000 shares at £2.39, worth £239,270, on Monday.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - oil producer focused on the Kurdistan region of Iraq - Chief Human Resources Officer Clare Kinahan and Chief Legal Officer Alasdair Robinson each sell 50,000 shares at 216.33 pence and 206.10p, respectively, worth £211,215 in total, on Monday. Kinahan now has 7,565 shares. Robinson also makes smaller share purchases and now is interested in 148,192 shares.

The shares are purchased as part of a contractual agreement for Gregory to invest half of his annual bonus in Melrose shares. Gregory now has 109,981 shares.

YouGov PLC - London-based research and analytics - Chair Ian Griffiths buys 30,784 at £1.56, worth £48,023, on Tuesday. CEO Stephan Shakespeare buys 65,616 shares at £1.55, worth £101,705, also on Tuesday. Griffiths now has 50,000 shares, while Shakespeare has 2.0 million, a 1.7% stake.

Hallbauer sold 130,000 shares earlier this month, 292,200 in February, and 50,000 in January.
