The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- IP Group PLC - London-based investor in science and technology companies - Launches the IP Group Climate Catalyst Fund with Australia’s Clean Energy Finance Corp. The fund will target Seed and Series A investments in areas including industrial processes, mineral processing and supply chain, heavy transport, energy-efficient AI and data centres, agriculture and land use, and dispatchable energy and grid balancing. Reaches first close with IP Group contributing A$30 million and CEFC A$20 million as cornerstone investors. Says fundraising is underway to bring additional third party investors into the fund. ‘The new fund will help scale Australian technologies that can decarbonise hardtoabate industries and has a target size of up to A$150 million. The launch demonstrates continued execution of IP group’s strategy to grow private capital under management and accelerate the commercialisation of breakthrough science and technology,’ company says. ---------- Tertiary Minerals PLC - mineral development firm with projects in Zambia, the US state of Nevada, and Sweden - Announces exploration target for Target A1 at its Mushima North Project, located in the prospective Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold region of Zambia. Target A1 is a polymetallic, silver-copper-zinc prospect located 28 kilometres east of the historic Kalengwa Copper-Silver mine. Says the target is one of several at Mushima North that ‘warrant further evaluation.’ Tertiary has a JORC (2012) exploration target of 15 to 30 megatons at an average grade of between 40 grams per ton and 60 g/t silver equivalent. Managing director Richard Belcher says this marks ‘a significant milestone...The target provides an upper estimated range of potentially up to 58 million ounces silver equivalent and validates our focus on advancing this exciting new discovery.’ ---------- Gana Media Group PLC - London-based mobile gaming content provider - Announces strategic media partnership between Estadio Deportes and Mexian football league Liga Premier FMF. ‘The agreement establishes a comprehensive content and distribution collaboration designed to expand the league’s media presence and deepen fan engagement across digital and broadcast channels,’ company says. The parties will develop and distribute football content including live match coverage, editorial programming and digital media formats. ‘The partnership positions Estadio Deportes as a key media platform supporting the growth and visibility of Mexico’s lower football divisions,’ Gana adds. Chief Exective Officer Mark Epstein says: ‘The agreement further strengthens Gana Media Group’s strategic positioning within Latin America, reinforcing its ability to operate across both media and gaming verticals.
