Journeo PLC on Monday reported nearly £2 million of purchase orders to provide passenger information displays and associated bus stop infrastructure. The orders come from a ‘large local authority’ in the South of England, and includes eco-friendly displays which run on a combination of batteries and solar panels. ‘Displays and shelters will be located on key transport corridors throughout the authority, linking rural communities to its metropolitan centres,’ Journeo said. Journeo will oversee the supply, installation and maintenance of the offering. Chief Executive Officer Russ Singleton said that the company had a ‘longstanding relationship’ with the local authority, and that the company has ‘been selected to support them as they transition to solution that support their carbon net-zero goals’. Journeo shares were 1.2% higher at 420.00 pence each in London on Monday morning. Copyright 2026 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
