Ireland’s trade surplus fell in February as its trade surplus with the UK declined sharply, data published by the Central Statistics Office showed Wednesday The country’s trade surplus declined 5.4% to €4.06 billion in February from €4.30 billion in January. Ireland’s trade surplus with the rest of the EU rose 3.2% to €2.95 billion in February from €2.86 billion in January. Its trade surplus with the US climbed 13% to €2.10 billion in February from €1.86 billion in January.
