Explains that additional time is required to finalise certain procedures, which is being progressed as a priority. ICFG confirms that it continues to work ‘closely and constructively’ with the auditor, Ernst & Young, to complete the process. As a result of the delay, ICFG anticipates that trading in its shares will be temporarily suspended from May 1 until the results for 2025 are published.
