The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Ibstock PLC - Leicestershire, England-based building products supplier - Hires new chief financial officer from packaging and automation firm Mpac Group PLC. Will Wilkins has been CFO of Coventry, England-based Mpac since 2018 and has been with the company for 14 years in total. He will join Ibstock on August 1. Financial Controller Simon Bedford has been serving as interim CFO since the departure of Chris McLeish in October. Mpac says Corporate Development Director Duncan Tyler will act as interim CFO. ---------- Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based premium cinema chain - Confirms Interim CEO Farah Golant as permanent CEO. Golant has been in post since the start of 2026, having moved from non-executive director. Everyman also says it will release its 2025 results on Tuesday next week. ---------- Trustpilot Group PLC - Copenhagen-based consumer review platform - Hires the departing CEO of Auction Technology Group PLC as an independent non-executive director. Auction Technology on Monday said John-Paul Savant will stand down after a ‘short orderly handover period’, having served as CEO for 10 years. He will join the Trustpilot board at the close of its annual general meeting on May 19. ---------- Windar Photonics PLC - London-based wind energy technology, including turbine performance optimisation - Names Non-Executive Director Andreas Berg Nielsen as CEO, starting on June 1. In addition to his non-executive role at Windar, Nielson currently is vice president for Sales & Commercial at KK Group, prior to which he worked at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, a division of Siemens Energy AG.
