Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based manufacturer of low-cost computers - Raspberry Pi Foundation sells 10.9 million shares at 550 pence, worth £60.0 million in a placing with strategic and institutional investors and retail offer run by brokers Jefferies International Ltd and Peel Hunt LLC. Strategic shareholder Arm Technology Investments 2 Ltd, part of UK-based chip designer Arm Holdings PLC, takes up most of the offer, investing £50 million. The share sale results are in line with plans announced after the London market close on Wednesday. The shares sold represent a 5.6% stake in Raspberry Pi, reducing the foundation’s holding in the company to 79.4 million shares, a 41.0% stake. Raspberry Pi Foundation is a UK charity set up by Raspberry Pi to support the education of young people in computing and digital technology.
