The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- GenIP PLC - London-based generative AI services provider - Announces a strategic alliance with Cardinal Intellectual Property Inc. The firm provides patent searching, managed docketing, AI patent drafting, AI amendment drafting, IP consulting, and IP annuity and renewal payment services. Says this gives GenIP ‘accelerated access to the US corporate market and a high-credibility distribution channel for its AI-enabled tools.’ The company expects the deal to provide revenue and margin acceleration as Cardinal IP provides a pipeline for ‘subscription and repeat use AI services’. Additionally, it offers GenIP access to a large client base, supporting its transition toward a recurring revenue model, consistent with its platform growth strategy. ---------- Oracle Power PLC - developer of projects in Pakistan and Australia - Diamond drilling operations begin at its Northern Zone gold project, located 25 kilometres east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. ‘This latest important drilling programme will inform the rock strength for pit slope design and ongoing mine planning studies towards the finalisation of the mine development and closure plan,’ company says. Further, says the conversion of the Northern Zone tenement to a mining lease is ‘well advanced and is expected shortly.’ Chief Executive Officer Naheed Memon says: ‘This small but important diamond drilling programme will acquire whole rock core in the fresh rock zones across the porphyry intrusion, the analysis of which will provide critical structural and rock strength data for pit slope stability in final pit design work for the MDCP. The imminent mining lease grant and MDCP maturation, will provide long-term security of tenure for the Northern Zone Gold Project for the ultimate benefit of our shareholders and our partners in the development of Northern Zone.’ ---------- Orosur Mining Inc - South America-focused minerals explorer and developer - Updates on exploration activities at its Anza Project in Colombia. The project comprises El Cedro - a cluster of gold porphyry intrusions in the south of the project area that are currently subject to mapping and sampling programs, APTA - a high-grade body of gold mineralisation at which drilling is currently underway, and Pepas - a shallow, high-grade body of gold mineralisation for which Orosur has completed a mineral resource estimate. Says drilling can commence at El Cedro in the near term once targeting and access permitting has been completed. At Pepas, says nine holes have been drilled into a new zone of gold mineralisation 100 metres west of the deposit. Says this bears a geologically close resemblance to Pepas, ‘suggesting the possibility that both are derived from the same original source, but then broken up by post mineralisation faulting.’ Orosur is temporarily moving the Pepas rig to a new target several hundred metres to the south to allow time for data from recent drilling at Pepas West to be compiled and examined. CEO Brad George says: ‘With the possibility of three rigs operating soon on three prospects, Anza is now inexorably growing in scope, scale and complexity. The picture is emerging of a substantial mineralised province, the surface of which is only now starting to be scratched.’ ---------- Active Energy Group PLC - London-based, biomass-focused renewable energy developer - Updates on its recently signed letter of intent with Bitdeer Technologies Group. Agrees in principle that its 8 megavolt-ampere site in the UAE will be utilised as the initial pilot deployment under the proposed partnership. ‘This pilot is intended to act as an operational benchmark, enabling both parties to assess and refine the technical, commercial and operational parameters of the proposed model ahead of any wider rollout,’ Active says. The company is currently undertaking site configuration and optimisation works to align the asset with the proposed structure. The site is expected to deliver infrastructure and power revenues of $300,000 per megavolt-ampere per annum and digital asset production of 8.3 BTC per megavolt-ampere per annum. ---------- Power Metal Resources PLC - metals explorer with projects in North America, Africa, Saudi Arabia and Australia - Completes its maiden drilling programme at East Hawkrock. The programme drilled nine holes totalling 2,120.4 metres. Says drilling confirms a ‘highly favourable geological setting for hosting unconformity-related uranium mineralisation.’ This includes: structurally complex basement rocks, deep palaeoweathering profiles, and evidence for hydrothermal fluid systems with elevated radioactivity. Laboratory results are expected late in the second quarter or early in the third quarter. ‘While these initial, first-pass exploratory holes did not encounter economic uranium mineralisation, the campaign confirmed the presence of the critical structural and hydrothermal elements consistent with unconformity-related uranium systems within the Athabasca Basin,’ company says. ---------- Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-headquartered biopharmaceutical company - Raises £3.0 million from a small group of institutional investors through a direct subscription for 374,532 shares at 8.01 pence each. Net proceeds will be used primarily to accelerate the Phase I clinical trials of the its chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy, HG-CT-1. This therapy is being developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukaemia in adults and is now also being extended into paediatric patients. CEO Vladislav Sandler says: ‘This fundraising marks an important step forward for Hemogenyx as we continue to advance HG-CT-1 through clinical development and move closer to potential early commercialisation. We are pleased to have secured the support of institutional investors who share our vision of bringing innovative, life-saving therapies to patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, including children.’ ---------- Panther Metals PLC - Canada-focused mineral deposits exploration company - Reports the fourth batch of Vibracore sample assay results for its Winston Tailings Project near Schrieber, Ontario, Canada. Says results ‘continue to show good grade consistency across the vertical depth-profile and laterally between Vibracore hole collar locations, and support or exceed the 2025 preliminary assay results’ and those announced in March. ---------- Headlam Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor - Updates on requisition notice from shareholder First Seagull AS. FS aims to convene a general meeting to remove three directors and appoint two new directors including the managing director of FS. Says its two largest shareholders, representing 15% and 11% respectively, will vote against the resolutions. Comments: ‘The board is confident that the recently refreshed board (including a new executive team and two new non-executive directors) has the right experience to implement the company’s strategy and turnaround, and is getting on with doing so at pace. The board believes the company now requires stability, focus and execution, not further disruption and that this is the best path to restoring confidence and longterm shareholder value.’ ---------- Zenith Energy Ltd - energy production company with interests in the US, Italy, and Tunisia - Raises £3.1 million through the private placement of 44.6 million shares to existing investors, as well as Chief Executive Officer Andrea Cattaneo and Chief Financial Officer Luca Benedetto.
