EARNINGS AND TRADING: Frontier Developments lifts profit outlook

ALN

The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Tialis Essential IT PLC - Edinburgh-based provider of IT support services - Reports a pretax loss of £1.7 million for 2025, narrowed from £3.3 million in 2024. Revenue however falls 15% to £17.7 million from £20.8 million, with this reflective of the impact of contracting insourcing by two customers, in parallel with a temporary softening in project activity and delayed customer orders, ‘in the context of a challenging market environment’. Tialis says it believes these conditions are cyclical, with the underlying demand for its services robust. Notes that trading in the current year is in line with management’s expectations, noting its expectation for the year that around 77% of revenue will be generated from existing contracts. ‘The key priority for 2026 is to further increase the focus and utilisation of our lifecycle facility which delivers greater efficiency for our end-user customers, improved levels of customer satisfaction and stronger margins. Initiatives are currently underway with our most significant partner to support an increase in activity in this area,’ says the company.

----------

Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based video game developer and publisher - Lifts its profit and revenue outlook for the financial year ending May 31. The company guides full-year adjusted operating profit of around £16 million, ‘significantly ahead of prior guidance’. Says this upgrade reflects higher-than-expected tax credits combined with better-than-expected revenue performance alongside cost discipline. Also lifts revenue expectations for the full-year to approximately £103 million, higher than previous guidance. Ties this upgrade to the success of Jurassic World Evolution 3 as well as strong ongoing sales across the company’s other games. ‘I am delighted with Frontier’s performance in FY26. The success of Jurassic World Evolution 3 and the enduring appeal of our games underline the creativity of our teams and the depth of talent across the studio,’ says CEO Jo Cooke.

----------

Says the order builds on an established relationship and reflects the expansion of the customers test fleet beyond the US. ‘This follow-on order from an existing customer reinforces the strength of our position as a trusted partner to leading autonomous driving programs,’ says CEO Paul McGlone, adding ‘Encouragingly, this order reflects increasing momentum in Aftermarket, with Q4 FY2026 Guardian revenue for the quarter-to-date now exceeding total revenue delivered in Q3 FY2026.’

----------

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North American-focused lithium explorer and owner of the Basin project in Arizona - Inks memorandum of understanding with Tyfast Energy Corp to explore ‘a domestic US lithium supply pathway for Tyfast’s proprietary lithium vanadium oxide anode material’. Says the partnership aims to leverage Bradda Head’s US lithium assets in Arizona and Nevada, with Tyfast’s downstream battery material qualification process. Says this will advance a made-in-the-US supply chain for high-performance batteries targeting demanding defence and industrial applications. Notes the collaboration will evaluate ‘battery-grade lithium sourced entirely from US-based projects for integration into Tyfast’s LVO anode platform, supporting heavy-duty vehicle electrification across construction, mining, trucking, and defence.’ Executive Chair Ian Stalker comments: ‘’We have always believed that the proximity of our US projects to end-users is our greatest competitive advantage. This agreement further builds on our credentials and strategy of developing US lithium for the US market.‘

----------

Says it has now entered into a new £1.0 million, four-year term loan facility, also with Maven. Says the new facility coupled with the anticipated repayment of its final CBILS obligation in July 2026 gives it ’significant‘ additional working capital funding flexivility to support its forecast revenue growth over the coming years. ’This is an important step forward for Autins. Believes that each of the Durler and Leffert leases could potentially accommodate two production wells. ’. The Durler and Leffert leases are strategically located near M3 Helium’s existing land holdings which, in time, may enable M3 Helium to achieve some cost savings in its development plans by combining production facilities and access to disposal wells,‘ says CEO Nick Tulloch.

By providing brand exposure and bundling economics to scaled consumer bases, distributors, subscription services and consumers all benefit,‘ says incoming Chair

Darcy Antonellis.

Explains that the contract is for the lease of its proprietary produced water treatment equipment for offshore operations. Notes it includes recurring monthly rental revenue with anticipated ’significant‘ recurring filtration media sales. Says the lease has commenced, and dependant upon the overall media use, says management anticipates the contract to contribute around $850,000 its 2026 revenue and around $1.5 million on an annual basis.
