Kendrick Resources PLC, up 14% at 8.38 pence, 12-month range 0.15p-8.85p. Reports high-grade drilling and sampling results from its Teufelskuppe rare earth project in Namibia. The exploration company says a 112-metre drill hole at TK2 returned a weighted mean grade of 3.03 wt% total rare earth oxides, including more than 17 metres grading above 4.0 wt%, while surface sampling confirmed an average grade of 3.12 wt% across the project. Adds development work is accelerating as it advances Teufelskuppe towards a maiden resource estimate and development studies.

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC, down 15% at 0.55 pence, 12-month range 2.40p-6.63p. Falls after announcing a discounted placing to raise £3 million. The oil and gas company says it has conditionally placed 85.7 million shares at 3.5p each and will use proceeds for projects including the reactivation of the Snowcap-2ST1 well.

Metals One PLC, up 45% at 1.72 pence pence, 12-month range 1.15p-55.00p. Signs an agreement with DISA Technologies to evaluate an abandoned uranium mine in Colorado. The metals exploration company says the asset under review is the Uravan project and adds DISA will advance exploration work at no operating cost to Metals One. Notes it will receive a revenue share from the sale of uranium and other mineral concentrates.

ValiRx PLC, down 17% at 0.20 pence, 12-month range 0.19p-0.88p. Announces a fundraise to secure up to £1.2 million at 0.2p per share. The biotechnology company says the fundraising includes a placing of 500.0 million shares, a direct subscription for 2.5 million shares and a retail offer.
