Princes Group PLC - Liverpool-based food and beverage maker with brands including Princes, Napolina, Branston, Batchelors and Flora - Starts on Friday a share buyback programme worth up to £25 million that is expected to be completed by August next year. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury to satisfy employee share awards. On Wednesday, Ultimate Products PLC said it has hired Princes Chief Executive Officer Simon Harrison to be its own CEO. Princes had previously said Harrison will be leaving for ‘another opportunity’.
