BSF Enterprise PLC, up 44% at 3.25 pence, 12-month range 0.50p-4.00p. Says subsidiary Lab-Grown Leather has published a white paper highlighting the structural performance benefits of its ‘T-Rex leather’ material. The biotechnology investor says the paper provides further validation of the product’s properties and potential commercial applications.

Satsuma Technology PLC, down 8.9% at 0.21 pence, 12-month range 0.19p-13.90p. Updates on its bitcoin holdings, reporting ownership of 668.48 bitcoin worth £36.6 million as of May 31 and no purchases during the month. The company says its unrealised loss per bitcoin stands at £29,216 and adds it will convene a general meeting to vote on a proposed return of capital once the required approvals have been received.

Gelion PLC, up 18% at 21.00 pence, 12-month range 18.00p-24.00p. Enters a three-year collaboration with Nissan Technical Centre Europe and the University of Oxford to develop solid-state electric vehicle batteries. The battery technology company says the £3.4 million project is aimed at supporting Nissan’s Sunderland manufacturing operations, with £2.4 million of the cost funded through a UK government grant.

Sabien Technology Group PLC, up 13% at 4.25 pence, 12-month range 3.00p-19.89p. Updates investors on balance sheet and funding matters, saying it has received £213,708 in cash from b.grn relating to management fees and loan settlements. The energy efficiency technology company also says it has paid £127,500 to settle related-party funding with Parris Group, will issue shares to settle directors’ remuneration and broker fees, and continues discussions with Haydale regarding a potential strategic partnership.

Aura Energy Ltd, up 12% at 7.00 pence, 12-month range 5.20p-14.00p. Signs a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a major international nuclear utility covering potential investment, offtake and technical collaboration for its Tiris uranium project in Mauritania. The uranium developer says the agreement could provide a pathway to a cornerstone funding partner as it targets completion of a bankable feasibility study in September and a final investment decision by year-end.
