Jubilee Metals Group PLC - London-based metal processing company operating in Zambia - Completes during May the scheduled annual maintenance shutdown of its Roan copper concentrator plant in Zambia and resume commissioning and ramp-up activities of the fine copper concentrate dewatering circuit. Roan operations re-started at full capacity, targeting run-of-mine throughput of 30,000 tonnes per month, Jubilee says. The ability to process both newly generated fine concentrate material, together with the historical stockpile provides increased operational flexibility and supports the scaling of the group’s integrated copper strategy, Jubilee Chief Executive Officer Leon Coetzer says. Jubilee expects June performance to provide a clearer indication of sustainable operating capacity and recovery efficiencies, with the addition of the fines concentrate from Roan now being processed at Sable Refinery.
