The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC - London-based aerospace and defence company - Gretchen Watkins to join the board as a non-executive director with effect from July 1. On joining, Watkins will be appointed to the Nominations, Culture & Governance Committee and the Safety, Energy Transition & Tech Committee. Alessandra Genco will also be joining the board as a non-executive director with effect from September 1. Genco will be appointed to the Nominations, Culture & Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. ---------- Impax Environmental Markets PLC - London-based investor in companies mitigating environmental risks - Confirms that Caroline Bault has been appointed as chair. Bault is managing partner at CounselRock Partners, a London-based multi-asset investment advisory practice.
