Panther Securities PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based property investor - Completes the sale of its freehold warehouse on Padholme Road in Peterborough for around £3.3 million in cash to a local investor/developer. Says the 50,000 square foot property, which has been vacant since June 2025, was sold for around £250,000 above its current book value of £3.0 million. Notes the warehouse had previously been let at an annual rent of £345,000 and that it received a £500,000 premium in May 2024 to amend the lease by adding a rolling six-month break clause, which the tenant subsequently exercised. Says proceeds will initially be retained for future property investment opportunities.
