ITM Power PLC - Sheffield, England-based designer and manufacturer of electrolyser systems for green hydrogen production - Non-Executive Director Warren East buys 172,000 shares at £1.15, worth £197,484, on Monday. They are his only shares. East was CEO of jet engine and power turbine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC from 2015 to 2022, prior to which he was CEO of semiconductor designer ARM Holdings PLC.
