TP ICAP Group PLC - London-based interdealer broker - Completes its acquisition of global brokerage Vantage Capital Markets. Notes that Vantage has a ‘significant presence in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Dubai.’ It specialises in equity derivatives and fixed income, and serves over 800 institutional clients worldwide. Dan Fields, TP ICAP’s chief executive officer of global broking, comments: ‘We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Vantage Capital Markets, strengthening our global broking capabilities and expanding our presence across key markets.
