The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- AB Dynamics PLC - supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products - Announces the appointment of Edward Haycock as group chief financial officer. Haycock will join as group finance director on September 1 and following a handover period with the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Lewis, will take up his new role effective from December 1, following the publication of the financial results for the financial year ending August 31. Haycock is currently the group’s director of financial reporting and has been an ‘instrumental’ part of the leadership team at AB Dynamics since joining two years ago. ‘Following an extensive search process, the board considers Ed to be the standout candidate to lead the finance function through the next phase of the company’s development, and to support in the delivery of the medium-term growth aspirations the Group has previously set out,’ company says. ---------- Dr Martens PLC - Northamptonshire, England-based boot maker - Announces the appointment of Melanie Richards as an independent non-executive director, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on July 15. This follows the prior announcement that Lynne Weedall would step down following the 2026 AGM. Richards is former deputy chair of KPMG UK and currently serves as chair of Azets and as a non-executive director of Morgan Stanley & Co International and HKA Global. ---------- Genedrive PLC - Manchester, England-based point-of-care pharmacogenetic testing company - Chair Ian Gilham steps down from the board, effective Wednesday. The recruitment process for a new independent non-executive chair as well as two other independent non-executive directors is progressing and further announcements will be made in due course. Chris Yates continues to act as an independent non-executive director pending the appointment of new board members. ---------- Physiomics PLC - Oxford, England-based mathematical modelling company, which focuses on medical drug development - Announces the promotion of Jesse Thissen to the position of chief operating officer with immediate effect. ---------- Brunner Investment Trust PLC - investor in global companies for growth and reliable dividends - Says Carolan Dobson is to retire as chair at the annual general meeting in 2027. Beatrice Hollond is appointed as a non-executive director of the company and chair-elect, with effect from September 1. She will become chair of the company on Dobson’s retirement in 2027. ---------- CLS Holdings PLC - commercial property investment company - Harry Stokes, chief financial officer and director is to step down to pursue other interests. Stokes will remain in role until July 2, at which point he will step down from the board. He will remain an employee until July 17 and will work to support an orderly transition of his responsibilities. Patrick Symons will be appointed to the Board as CFO on July 3.
